About Gary

Gary Morris started working as a literary agent in 1996 after a brief period in graduate school studying literature. Since then he has represented New York Times and national best sellers, award-winning non-fiction and fiction. He has worked on books in many categories, including politics and current events, biography, memoir, practical non-fiction, and commercial and literary fiction. He works very closely with his clients to ensure that what is presented to publishers is the best and most marketable expression of their work.

-We do not keep and are not responsible for maintaining records or copies of the queries we receive. If you do not receive a response from us, then you did not include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
-If you send additional material (not preferred), please include enough postage for us to return your material to you.
-Please do not send payment (checks or money) for postage, perishables, or other ancillary material with your query.
